Our Story
Twigs Coffee was founded by a Canadian and British duo (Fez & Persia) who's love for coffee & planet brought together the idea for Twigs Coffee.
Based in London, UK, the duo describe themselves as nature-loving coffee enthusiasts that believe every coffee has the opportunity to do more for our planet and Twigs Coffee is set out to do just that.
Fez & Persia's paths crossed during the pandemic when they went for a social-distance date over a long cozy coffee walk in Hyde Park. During their date they struck up a conversation about their favourite brews and soon realised that they both shared a deep-rooted passion for coffee-making & the environment. As years went by the couple always spoke about creating a coffee brand that not only delighted the taste buds but also honoured the earth by fighting climate change.
Our Mission
The Twigs Coffee mission is simple: to provide you with the finest coffee experiences while being stewards of the planet. We believe that every sip of coffee should be a moment of pleasure, a time to savour the intricate flavours, and an opportunity to make a positive impact on the environment.
Our Commitment to Sustainability & Sustainable Coffee
We understand the profound impact coffee production can have on the planet. That's why we've made it their priority to source only the finest, sustainably grown coffee beans from around the world. Our beans are meticulously selected from farmers who share our commitment to eco-friendly practices, fair wages, and ethical trade. We decided that this isn't enough though, so Twigs Coffee plants 1x tree for every product sold in partnership with Ecologi (an Environmental Organisation focused on carbon offset and reforestation projects).
We are continuously working to reduce our carbon footprint, from roasting methods to shipping practices. Our aim is to make sure every cup of coffee goes one step further.
The Twigs Coffee Experience
Beyond sustainability, we're all about celebrating the art of coffee. Our master roasters bring out the unique flavours of each bean through small-batch roasting. The result? A symphony of tastes and aromas that dance on your palate, whether you prefer a velvety latte, a bold espresso, or a soothing pour-over.
All our coffee is roasted right here in the UK and we roast our coffee as close to the ship date as possible so that's as fresh as possible when you receive it.
